L’Altro pasta school
A big bowl of pasta is the quintessential dish of Italy, and now you can also learn how to master the ancient art of pasta making. Our cook Marcello Rosato is a true pasta magician, and loves to teach other people his tricks.
Therefore we many times a year hold pasta courses on Sundays from 12 to 17 o clock. The school is held on L’Altros First Floor, and Marcello guides you through each step, from mixing, and working the dough to shaping and cooking the pasta by hand into raviolis and taglionis.
In the end we sit down at the table to eat and drink the small masterpieces – the price for the course, food and wine is 800,00 kr per person, and you are very welcome to invite your friends for the dinner too, for 350,00 kr per person. The tools that you have used for making the pasta can be bought for 650,00 kr in the restaurant.
